Is it okay for a 13 yr old to date a 16 yr old?

I am curious cause my friend is dating a 16 year old and my other friends think its illegal. I really don’t know who to believe here.

Its not illegal to date, nor have sex. Only if he was 18. But still, your friend probably shouldn’t be in a relationship with a 16 year old. At that age, he is probably on a much different level than her.

it’s legal to date anyone of any age and according to the singapore laws, you can date anyone of any age but it will be illegal to have sex with anyone age below 16. therefore tell your friend to becareful as he maybe cane if he have sex with this gal.

well, its not illegal to date someone, but if they “did” anything, then it would be illegal. it’s kind of weird that there going out, but if they want to… LAUGH OUT LOUD!
