“man boobs”…?

i have have man boobs and was wondering if i do different types of push-ups everyday if they will go down and eventually have a normal chest. The different types of push-ups i started doing are regular push-ups, incline push-ups and decline push-ups, and 15 of each and i was planning on gradually increasing the amount over time.

    Push up have very little to do with your chest push ups are mostly biceps

    umm i would say that just running to get that fat off is the best idea

    Wear a pink fuzzy push-up bra. It’ll make you look manly.

    try doing push like diamond push ups and and another thing is do dips push up there really good

    push ups wont help.it is due to some hormonal imbalance.treat it early. high risk for breast cancer

    for some men it is in the genes. dna. exercise yes a must. eat correctly. you didn’t say your age. i am getting man boobs. i am finding out that i have low testosterone level. many things are changing. these levels can change at the age of 30. you can get a blood test to find out. good luck.

    push ups won’t do anything for the chest area. invest in a gym membership and use the weights. the chest press machine is probably the best thing to use. also lots of cardio.
    cardio burns fat while weights turn the fat into muscle

    Push ups do in fact put pressure on your chest so you’re going the right way about the moob situation.

    You need to introduce an hour of cardio to help burn off some of the fat.

    Yes — push up helps. Also do cardio to melt away the “man boobs”.
