Does Alcohol affect a men’s sexual abilities?

I’ve heard the abuse of alcohol can lead to sexual impotency in men… is this true?
*it would be very helpful if someone could give me a link so i can print some info for my boyfriend :)

    These are a few long term effects of alchohol:

    Erectile disorders and dysfunction in men
    Loss of sexual desire, significant decrease in sexual arousal for men and women
    Difficulty experiencing orgasm for men and women
