Hair Loss Women Solutions
There are a lot of females from all walks of life who have to deal with the problem of losing hair. For men, todays society seem to have no problem with bald men but for women, it is different.
Women in this situation will try different solutions to varying degrees of success. But if you are in this position and are still looking for a solution, there are a few good options open which may be able to help.
In some cases, hair loss can be caused due to the lack of the correct nutrients in the body. Having enough vitamins in your food or in supplements can help bring the body back to the normal levels and may help to stimulate re growth of hair. One of the more important vitamins is B6 as well as Vitamin B and Vitamin A. These can be found in fresh fruit and vegetables and are known to help females with hair loss.
Lifestyle is also a big one. Mainly the stress levels that you face every day. It is well known that stress can lead to hair loss. In fact, stress can lead to many types of illnesses. No matter if the stress is coming from your work or home life, do your best to reduce it as much as possible or at least take a break from it.
The type of shampoo used can also be something to look out for. Some shampoos contain harsh chemicals which after prolonged use can damage the hair follicles. To address this, there are other shampoos you can use which have been formulated to combat hair loss.
A shampoo like this usually contains ingredients to help strengthen the hair follicles and nourish the scalp. Many people are unsure if these shampoos actually work but they are better than many of the shampoos which contain chemicals.
Women use a variety of hair shampoos, which can be a direct result of hair fall. Consider replacing your regular shampoo with the one that is specially formulated with antifall of hair formula.
You can also buy hair loss treatments that you can use at home. There are quite a few on the market now. Try and look for one that has no man made or artificial ingredients. It should also be formulated specific to the needs of female hair loss. The best ones such as Provillus for Women fit these criteria and even come with a money back guarantee if it does not work.
And if after trying all of this, it would be advised to visit your doctor to see if there are any underlying illnesses which may be the cause of your hair loss.
does anyone know what can cause sudden hair loss in women (age 41)? it’s coming out 2-3x more than normal. ?
I live in a tropical zone most of the time and recently returned to Midwest USA. Within a week, my hair was falling out a lot. I am getting better nutrition here (am a 20+ year vegetarian but here eating more dairy – organic yogurt, etc. – than usual, plus tons of spinach, etc., so with my nutrition better, I wouldn’t think it’s vitamin-based). I have been going through all factors related that I changed at the same time (switched shampoo, started a new skin cleanser), stopping their use for 2 weeks to see if there is a change for the better. So far, nothing.
I would appreciate any advice, suggestions, similar stories. Thanks so much!
See your Doctor asap. I can be as simple as a pimple to a very serious thyroid problem. It’s not normal for you to lose that much in such a short period of time.
