Hair Loss Reasons In Men

Hair loss in men?
Why do men worry so much about going bald? Is it that they think it’s unattractive or it makes them look old?
I mean Bruce Willis is physically gorgeous (imo) and I think it suits him and he looks better the way he is.
In fact, I think the only unattractive thing about men being bald is when they’re so self-conscious about it that you’re scared to speak in case you upset them! If they make jokes about it or just act like they don’t care then they are equally as attractive as if they had a full head of hair.
What do you think? The reason I ask is that my brother is almost 30 and he’s depressed about losing his hair and I can’t understand why he thinks it’s such a bad thing, as I think he looks great just the way he is.
In my unprofessional opinion…the younger you are the more peer pressure you are under. He will grow out of this, and learn that bald is beautiful. I have and I’m not that much older than him.

Hair Loss Prevention for Men – 5 Simple Tips You Can Use Now
Losing Hair is something you don’t think about until it starts happening to you personally. The first signs are usually a receding hair line and a thinning patch on the crown and this can result in a loss of confidence and self esteem. If losing your hair is something you are concerned about here are 5 hair loss prevention for men tips to help you counter the effects of going bald.
Diet – An unbalanced diet can weaken hair follicles because your body is not getting the appropriate volume of vitamins, minerals and nutrients. Ensure your diet includes vegetables, fish and white meats to strengthen promote growth od your hair follicles.
Chemicals – A common belief among hair loss experts is that continuous use of chemicals, such as dyes can thin the hair and increase the balding process. The main reason is that when you ‘do it yourself’ you tend to use too much chemicals and drastically weaken the hair. Therefore, if you must use chemicals on your hair, ensure you get it done by a trained hair stylist.
Health – Living a healthy lifestyle can aid hair growth. Dihydrotestostrone (DHT) is a male hormone that attaches to hair follicles restricting and preventing growth. Regular exercise is thought to lower DHT, thus improving hair follicle growth.
Hair Style – Men with long hair often tie it back in a ponytail. Pulling your hair tight with elastic aids puts extreme pressure on the hair, especially the root, causing damage to the hair follicle.
Hair Loss Prevention products – There are a growing number of hair loss prevention and re-growth products available. The treatments range from gels, lotions or tablets. Some work, some don’t. Don’t let this put you off. The better treatments can thicken thinning hair and stimulate the re-growth of hair follicles in bald spot areas.
Many men have experienced fantastic results with hair loss prevention treatments, once they find one that works!
