HELP. hair loss! nutricap? im desperate!?
im 16 and losing my hair! i pretty much have a bald spot now. my hair used to be really thick but an iron defciency and straightening have made it fall out. i read on one of the answers that nutricap is good? does it really work ? and are there any side effects, which type is the best for quick results ? (tablet, shampoo, lotion) And are there any natural ways to make my hair become thick again adn how long should they take to see results?
please help. im DESPERATE! i cant believe i used to hate having thick hair ! HELP!
