Vitamins for Hair Loss – Overlooked Vitamins That Are Important

Let’s face it, in this day and age everyone seems to have so much to do but so little time to do it.  This busy lifestyle has helped the fast food industry thrive even in a slowing economy.  Although convenient, the foods that these places provide may not provide you with all of the vitamins that your body needs to remain healthy and balanced.  Everyone knows vitamins are needed, but most people fail to get the needed amount with their daily diets.  Deficiencies in vitamins can cause many health issues for both men and women.  The issue that I would like to cover is how vitamins for hair loss can be a possible solution for you.  This solution is often overlooked, but I will share with you a few vitamins for hair loss that you can take to solve this serious health issue.

The first one that I would like to cover is Zinc.  This is important because it heals the scalp and rejuvenates your hair follicles.

The next one that I would like to cover is Vitamin B5 (Panthenol).  This is important because it stops balding and re-grows hair.  It is also know to prevent graying.

Biotin is also another important one, because it is known to strengthen hair and nails.  Deficiency in this important vitamin is also known to cause balding and a red scaly rash.

Amino acids restore hair growth and strengthen hair.

Vitamin A is an antioxidant that produces healthy sebum on your scalp.  This is the oil that your body creates to make your hair and skin waterproof.

Vitamin C is important because it maintains the health of your skin and hair.

Vitamin E and Niacin are important because they enhance scalp circulation.

As you can see a number of vitamin deficiencies could be the cause of your hair loss, so it is important to get the daily amount that your body needs.  It is also important to know that although your body needs these vitamins in order to stay healthy, too much of a vitamin can cause negative effects as well.  It is important to get the amount that your body needs but don’t go overboard, because an overdose could cause your balding too.  If you cannot see yourself getting the amount your body needs in your daily diet, I suggest finding a supplement that can help you.  I hope this article can help you identify if a deficiency is the cause of your hair loss issue, and I hope it provided you with insight on how vitamins for hair loss can be a solution.
