Well i guess you have to think about it objectivly, you could take the pills and end up impotent or you can loose weight the right and LONG way by eating healthy and excercising. My experience with all diet fads are bad, the pills could leave you feeling all jacked up(nervousness) or sometimes you can crash really hard, its a bunch of unhealthy ingrediants you would be ingesting and i say NO

I won’t bash those products. If used properly, it could help. But nothing can substitute for proper eating and exercise. I’m not sure about the impotency part. That you would have to talk to your doctor about.

First, losing weight too fast can damage your body (ex. chemical imbalence). Second, there is no weight loss pill out there. It’s a scam. You just look at the lable of what your eating and look at carbs (calorie counting doesn’t help you find what your craving). I was dignosted with diabeties 6 months ago and had to go on a diabetic diet. The only thing I had to do was to eat about 60 carbs per meal and a snack of 30-40 carbs. I lost over 30 pounds in less than 6 months and am still losing it. I will say the first few days on my new diet were hell because I was going through carb withdrawls. After they left, i felt amazing because I was eating right and my blood suger wasn’t sky rocketing after a carb filled meal and crashing later (many people, not only diabetics have this problem). When your blood suger get low you get hungry and carbs taste good (suger, bread, potatoes, ect.) so we eat a lot of them. Carbs burn fast and give us a nice boost, but they don’t last long and our blood suger starts to drop, so we eat more carbs. After a while, this causes us to be overweight because we eat more and more carbs to give us that nice boost and gain weight. So eat about 60 carbs per meal and lots of meat and vegies. A good meal is a serving of spagetti, no sauce, mixed with butter, fresh vegies, and a protein. I like shrimp, but you can use poultry if you like. The best part is that your stay full longer because meat takes longer to digest than carbs.
