How do I lose man boobs without surgery?
May 10th, 2010 | by admin |I’m 16 and 5′ 8″ , and I have triangular-shaped man boobs. I’ve been doing cardio for about 5 weeks now, and went from 213 pounds to 180 pounds. However, I still have a lot of belly fat and the man boobs.
Will my triangular man boobs go away with more cardio(b/c I’m still overweight and fat).
Will adding pushups and situps help too?
Thanks!

Try bench pressing or other exercises that you use your chest.

Push up and sit ups will tone your muscles, but for losing the fat, just keep doing your cardio and if you havnt, start a diet.

The pushups and situps will absolutely help. Also, try to incorporate the bench press, and incline bench press. You should aim for low weights and high repititions. Try to exercise (cardio) ever day for 90 minutes. Only workout 3 times a week.

you cant make certain areas of fat go away…. if you exercise any muscle the calories/fat are burned equally
btw congrats on the 33 pounds lost =D

no, cardio alone won’t give you nice-shaped pectoral muscles …
yes, push-ups will help for a while, but you will want to look into weight equipment if you want to define your body and sculpt it the way you want it look …
no, sit-ups will not do anything for the shape of your chest muscles …
