how do I get my teeth to go from yellow to white?

I don’t like having yellow teeth, and I want them to be white. Are my teeth supposed to be this way? Or can I change them? I just feel bad whenever I talk to girls and they see my yellow teeth. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Brush your teeth for about 2-3 min. Use one of those electric brushes and go in little circles, and take your time….I heard something about bleach on your teeth like the arm and hammer…or whatever…it doesn’t taste the best… :p

    Do you brush your teeth twice a day? Whitening tooth paste don’t help, so don’t bother. Stop smoking if you do, stop drinking coffee which is bad for you either way.
    If you have money, have them whitened at a dental office, if not… whitening strips like – crest or aquafresh work to a certain extent.

    There are many reasons for yellowing teeth. I used to get comments all of the time on how white my teeth were. That was many years ago. I noticed that my teeth began to yellow.
