This is because even though these anti-aging skin care creams are absorbed through the skin and into the bloodstream, they are topical and not orally introduced.

Leave it to bureaucratic reasoning to come up with a distinction like that. Control actually falls to the Federal Trade Commission whose regulation of the industries under them is vaguely reminiscent of the Keystone Cops.

My 8-5 job is too ordinary, I want to do something big in life so that people will remember me. The anti-christ job has been hyped up for ages. There seems to only be 2 people that the christians seem to be waiting for, 1 is Jesus and the other is the Anti-Jesus. The Jesus position is already taken so id be happy to fill the Anti-Jesus position.
